Kyle Pratt is a flight engineer whose wife tragically passed away in Berlin. The young woman is now returning to New York with her six-year-old daughter Julia, along with her husband's coffin. After three hours of the flight taking off, Kyle suddenly wakes up and realizes that her daughter is not by her side. The distraught mother, in this double-decker plane, has to enter several different sections in search of her daughter. Meanwhile, the flight attendants claim that there has never been a child with her and that there is no record of such a name in the passenger logs. Is Kyle truly losing her mind or is she caught up in a massive conspiracy?
