Riley, who is a girl driven by her emotions just like the rest of us, is forced to leave her life in the Midwest when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust, and Sadness (portrayed by Gupse Özay)... These emotions live in the headquarters of Riley's mind and give her advice in her daily life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adapt to a new life in San Francisco, chaos ensues in the headquarters. Despite Joy being Riley's most important emotion and trying to keep everything positive, the other emotions clash with each other when it comes to adjusting to a new city, home, and school.
