Cecilia Kass, the central character in the film "The Invisible Man," is trapped in a relationship with a wealthy and intelligent scientist who subjects her to physical and emotional violence. Unable to bear her controlling and oppressive boyfriend any longer, Cecilia finds a way to escape one night and decides to distance herself from her nightmare. Fearing that her ex-lover will find her, she chooses to hide and seeks help from her sister, a childhood friend of the siblings, and her friend's daughter. However, when Cecilia's troubled ex-boyfriend commits suicide and leaves a generous portion of his vast fortune to her, she begins to suspect that his death was a ruse. As a series of eerie coincidences turn dangerous and threaten the lives of her loved ones, Cecilia desperately tries to prove that she is being hunted by someone invisible to everyone else. Along the way, her mental health becomes endangered.
